Our annual baseball gathering returns to Globe Life Field, the home of the Texas Rangers
While cheering on the hometown team, we will also see Japanese superstar Shohei Ohtani, who plays for the Los Angeles Angels. Ohtani won the American League MVP (most valuable player) award in 2021 after a year that was deemed “historically significant” by the commissioner of Major League Baseball. Last season, Ohtani was also the first player in MLB history to be an All-Star as both a pitcher and a hitter.
Tickets will be in the SkyBox on the second level along the third base side of the stadium (see below for views). All attendees will have both a regular seat in the SkyBox area and be able to easily sit at the picnic tables to connect with old acquaintances and new friends. This game is also a great deal with tickets at only $20 in baseball’s newest stadium!
Please register by Tuesday, September 6 if you wish to sit in the Japan-America Society section. Tickets in the SkyBox will still be available after this date, but we cannot guarantee that you will be seated with other Japan-America Society members and supporters.
