Food & Beverage Professionals Exclusive Event
Are you in the food and beverage industry and do you want to learn more about sake? Guilherme “William” de Macedo, a certified sake sommelier, will be conducting an informational seminar on sake, including sake from different regions of Japan, wine and sake comparisons, and sake and cheese pairings. Later, free tasting and business meeting sessions will be arranged with sake breweries.
