[ONLINE EVENT] COVID-19 & Global Business: Front-Line Updates from China, Japan & Italy

A program presented by the Japan America Society of Greater Cincinnati, the Midwest USA Chinese Chamber of Commerce, and the European American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Cincinnati.
The COVID-19 Pandemic is having major impacts on businesses and individuals around the world. We will hear how businesses based in China, Japan, and Italy – three of the hardest-hit by COVID-19 – are working through the day-to-day challenges of keeping their employees safe, their customers satisfied, and their facilities operating. The speakers will address issues particular to their companies, such as:
Salaries: How are salaries paid during the crisis?
Travel: What happens when employees can’t travel, or are quarantined upon their return?
Government: How are government policies and actions helping (or hurting) companies?
Work From Home: Can telework really replace on-site work?
